Experiences in North America
Quebec City & Montreal: Your Blank Canvas
Québec City and Montreal offer students a European-like experience not too far from home, where the French language and Québécois culture have thrived for over 400 years. Students are often surprised that the main language is French, are struck by the friendliness of the locals, les Québécois, and charmed by the European-style living. And all of this is within the familiar confines of modern, North American cities.

Step back in time with the narrow, cobblestone streets of Quebec City’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, where iconic landmarks like the Château Frontenac bring history to life. Consistently ranked for its safety and incredible quality of life, Quebec City is the perfect, worry-free backdrop for your next academic adventure.
Festive Montreal
Montréal is a vibrant, cosmopolitan hub that consistently ranks as one of the best student cities in the world. Its incredible diversity sparks a world-class culinary scene, legendary nightlife, and non-stop international festivals, all in one welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. We brought students to Quebec City for 10 days in July to work on their start-up projects with local entrepreneurs. It was an incredible, hands-on experience both academically as well as culturally. The students learned so much about Quebec City’s vibrant culture and its entrepreneurial spirit.
