Here is how we work!
1. We meet
If possible, a BV representative will travel to your campus to meet with you. We believe this in-person contact is best to establish trust, to learn about your programs, and to really understand your objectives. While on campus, we can also make a presentation to students.
2. We create
Following our meeting, we will start building your program. This involves reaching out to our local partners, confirming activities, speakers and site visits, all while validating with you every step of the way to ensure that everything is suited to your objectives.
3. We experience
With BV Study Abroad, the travel experience begins before departure. Indeed, we offer an online, or an on-campus pre-trip presentation to students. We find this puts students at ease and motivates them even more. Once at the destination, a BV team member will meet you at the airport and accompany you throughout your experience.
Customizing a program may seem daunting, but there is nothing like having an experience abroad that is perfectly suited to your course. Also, if you decide to return, we will go through the same steps above and adapt the program to any of your course changes. Partnering with BV is like having extra staff member on your team.
